‘Sunchang’ is the brand name for fermented soy products which are produced with the utmost care in line with the Chungjungone philosophy of producing the best possible product using the best and freshest produce.
‘Sunchang’ comes from the name of a Korean town which has been designated as the location where the best gochujang (traditional red pepper paste) is produced thanks to the pure water of the Seomjin river and the clean air. In fact, Sunchang gochujang was supplied to the Royal family in the past. We are continuing the tradition of Sunchang and building on it to make even better products.

 
 

‘Hatsaldameun’ is our soy sauce brand which was launched in 1997. Hatsaldameun soy sauce is 100% brewed unlike some other brands which rely on the acid hydrolysis method.
The Hatsaldameun soy sauce is the first soy sauce product to receive the HACCP certification for food safety from the Korean Food and Drugs Administration. Our soy sauce has also received the LOHAS certification for its positive contribution to health and the environment. Ultimately, the Hatsaldameun brand stands for rich flavor and great taste.

 

‘Hongcho’ is Chungjungone’s 40 year old 100% brewed vinegar brand which is made using the highest quality ingredients which are then supplemented with dietary fiber and oligosaccharide. Following Chungjungone’s policy, the Hongcho vinegar is produced without the use of any additives, such assugar, synthetic sweetener, artificial dyes or artificial preservatives. Our vinegar is also the first product in the ‘beverage/vinegar’ category to receive HACCP food safety certification.

 
 

‘Mhatsunsung’ is a premium spice which is used to add a rich flavor to many Korean dishes.
The Mhatsunsang spice is made from the best ingredients and created to enrich the taste and flavor without any of the negative effects associated with artificial spice products.

 
 

Curry-yeowang is our premium curry brand which was created to provide a gourmet experience unlike any existing instant curry mix on the market. The Curry-yeowang is made using a Fond de Veau soup base which is prepared by boiling veal and a selection of spices and vegetables for many hours. Our spice expertise has been fully utilized, resulting in the creation of five different flavors including an extra spicy seafood curry flavor.
