Food R&D Center

Since the establishment of the Company in 1956, the Food R&D Center has always been an integral part of Daesang¡¯s organization and fully devoted to bring the most delicious and healthy foods to its customers by developing new products and improving product quality. An endless list of products developed by the Center includes flavor enhancers such as Glutamic Acid and Nucleotides, seasonings including MANNA and GAMCHIMI which capture natural tastes, easy-to-use JINYOOKSU, and more.
The Center modernized Korean traditional fermented foods such as GOCHUJANG, hot pepper paste, and soy sauce so that customers may enjoy them safely, deliciously and conveniently.
In addition to multiple projects on flavor enhancers, condiments, seasoning, western foods and frozen foods, the Center is implementing a globalization project to present Korean foods to the international community.
